Tailoring is a great profession to have, but it takes an insane amount of cloth to level up. Make sure you've trained northern cloth scavenging from your tailoring trainer. This passive tailoring ability will allow you to collect extra pieces of Frostweave from monsters. Any rare mob in Northrend will drop a satchel of goods that includes some gold, a blue item, and a stack of Frostweave. Using the SilverDragon and NPCScan add-ons will help you track these rare mobs down with ease. Epictoon Review  Every rare mob you hunt down will also count toward the Frostbitten achievement. If you're questing in Northrend, you can keep an eye out for rare mobs nearby. If you're already fully leveled, fly around the entire continent and catch them all!

Humanoids, Lots of Them - IGE Review

If you're level 85, farming large groups of humanoids in Icecrown is a quick way to accumulate a lot of Frostweave cloth. There are many good spots to pick from. IGE Review  Onslaught Harbor is a great farming spot, as is the Valley of Fallen Heroes. If you're working on Argent Tournament dailies, this can be a very profitable addition to your route. You can also farm the 5 man Icecrown instances: Forge of Souls, Pit of Saron, and Halls of Reflection. Once your tailoring is fully leveled, farming Frostweave Cloth in Icecrown is still a great way to rack up a bunch of gold!
